Parts of MS Word

Title Bar - it is the name of your document or the file you are working on.

Menu Bar - this is where you can find the menu options such as Insert, Design, Layout, etc.

Ribbon - it is consist of basic command that will help you finish a task.

Ruler - this will help you to align graphics and other elements of your document. 

Scroll Bar - it will help you to move any part of a file both side and the bottom part.

Status Bar - you will see here the information about the document you are working on such as the page and the number of words.

Document Window - this where you put texts or pictures that you need to comply.

Navigation Pane - window that you can find heading, page and search without scrolling just press ctrl + f. 

View Option - use to change viewing mode for you to see before printing or just to full screen.

Zoom Slide or Zoom Control - use to change the viewing size if you want to zoom out and zoom in.

Display Option - this is where you show or hide the ribbon.

Quick Access toolbar - this contain commands that can easily help you, that you can access right away such as undo, redo and save.
